SHIPPING/RETURN & EXCHANGE

POLICY

Proof of age is required upon delivery/collection of our goods.

We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible, usually within 3 working days. However, we can not be held responsible for any delay outside of our control.

 

If there is a problem with your order please contact us asap and we will do our upmost to rectify it.

 

We do not offer any refunds or replacements for any broken/damaged products in transit or otherwise.

 

We do not ship internationally at the moment. however this may be possible, please contact us directly.

 

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning.

Refunds will be made as quickly as possible after we have received the goods and checked that they are in good re-saleable condition.

 

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the goods are correctly repackaged and safely returned at their expense.

 

It is our policy to ensure that all our goods are supplied to our customers in perfect condition. We will only exchange or refund products which we deem “not fit for consumption”. If the product is simply not liked by the customer, it cannot be exchanged, replaced or returned.

FREE LOCAL DELIVERY

For free local delivery, select this in your preference at the checkout but be sure to email prior to ordering to see if you are within the free delivery zone (which is generally within a 5 mile radius). 

ORDER QUANTITY

Delivery is the same price up to 24 cans. 

FREE LOCAL BAR PICKUP

No minimum order required just select local pickup in your shipping preference at the checkout, and wait to be contacted when your order is ready for collection.

For all mainland locations the shipping price is found in the checkout section. However, if you are in further reach areas additional charges may apply.
