An experiment in bio-transformation, this India Pale Ale was hopped mid-fermentation with Bru 1, Citra, and Idaho 7 for flavours of pineapple, tangerine, apricot and pine sap. Yeast: London Fog. Base malt: Extra Pale Maris Otter.
